The Robert Matthew Jackson Veterans Center, Inc. (“RMJVC”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2010 by Robert M. Jackson to assist homeless veterans and their families in need of services to develop a resilient, self-sufficient lifestyle essential to succeeding in today’s environment. Mr. Jackson has been a vibrant and a highly influential role model in the Greater Harrisburg community for over 38 years and having served in the U.S. Marine Corps, he fought in the trenches during the Vietnam War and led several other Marines on critical missions. Thus his mission is to give honor to those who defended our country but never received the proper recognition that is “owed to them” in addition to improving their quality of life.
